Job Description:

Owns and manages a component of a portfolio of technology-driven initiatives for a single business unit/LOB partner that have significant and strategic impact involving multiple internal and external constituents and matrixes partners. Typically aligned to a component of a business domain where responsible for management of a client / business area in a component of its information technology-related activities. Accountable for the creation and development of technology solutions appropriate to business needs and objectives, and oversees implementation of programs, projects or processes. Works with partners to develop and drive technology solutions and business case development across functional groups or within a business domain. The role requires strong technical skills and ability to provide technical leadership as a proactive and strategic business partner in the development of functional or cross-functional objectives, technology solutions and innovative strategies for groups managed in an IT environment striving to meet current and anticipated business objectives. May or may not manage employees.

LOB Job Description:

This role will work with various domain leaders in developing and articulating their respective technical and implementation strategies as well as identifying areas of interdependence among various technical roadmaps. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end experience in technology adoption from idea creation through deployment including identifying customer need, designing and validating concepts, developing business cases, managing a budget, developing communications with marketing and training teams, and implementing deliverables. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining high-level subject matter expertise for technical platforms across various domains and serve as a primary liaison with Service Managers, Technical Product Managers, Program Owners, Line of Business leaders, etc. to develop roadmaps. In addition, the creation and management of specific Customer Advisory Boards and other mechanisms to garner appropriate Voice of Customer input to drive our technical roadmaps is critical. Engagement with various teams across the Chief Technology Organization as well as with CIO teams and partner organizations including Global Information Security, Chief Data Office, and Enterprise Architecture will be critical to drive multi-year technology strategies and adoption plans.

Required Skills:
10+ years in technology management including the delivery of large-scale project efforts
5+ years in technology architecture and/or strategic planning
A proven record of developing creative solutions to complex problems, challenging the status quo, and advocating for change
Experience partnering with Business and Technology executives to deliver platform solutions and transformation efforts

Desired Skills:
Master's in a Technical field of study or
Master's in Business Administration
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and articulate a vision
Strong communication skills, including the ability to partner with remote stakeholders
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders with divergent views to develop common solutions
Developing and monitoring objectives and key results
