The Vice President of Operations for the Baylor Scott & White Quality Alliance (ACO) will be responsible for directing BSWQA operations supporting a system-wide Clinically Integrated Network. This includes advancing BSWQA's strategic vision for transitioning from a fee-for-service, volume-based care delivery system to a value-based care model. Driving operational excellence will be a prime objective of this role. That objective includes enhancing efficiencies and further advancing provider engagement. The VP oversite includes BSWQA's cost structure, contract performance, data analytics, population health management, network management and several committees of the Board of Managers.
