The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for an executive office PMO, located at our Industry City offices of Deconic.This multi function role allows contributions in the following broad accountabilities.

Project Management and Coordination:

  • Support with coordination, planning and follow up of key projects, working alongside stakeholder management and reporting
  • Assist and learn from senior PMOs with data gathering, project status tracking of cross functional projects throughout the global organization
  • Spread sheet management (Excel) and general project administration
  • Collaborate with project leadership to define budget, timing, objectives, and stakeholder definition / communication strategies
  • Support project managers to ensure timelines are on track and key milestones are met

  • Ability and confidence to interact with Senior Executives and leadership.
  • Support team meeting by capturing notes, aligning next steps and follow-up.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2-3 years Project Management experience
  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, General Business
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced, large team environment and multi-task
  • Analytical thinker and problem solver with an affinity towards data
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word,
  • Strong power point capabilities for executive presentations
  • Technically savvy with strong organizational skills
  • Strong excel and analytical skills
  • Experience with PM software
