Job Purpose:

The Global HR Advisor to Enterprise Operations & Technology (EO&T) leads and provides the complete range of HR services for the EO&T Business Head and senior leadership team as well as managing these activities across the EO&T organization. In addition, the role is a member of the EO&T Partners Committee.

EO&T consists of approximately 20,000 employees in global locations, and has a budget of $7B in spend in support of the firm globally. EO&T is divided into 8 key organizations: Citi Tech Infrastructure, Global Functions Technology, Shared Services, Citi Realty Services, Enterprise Supply Chain, Information Security, O&T Risk & Control and Third Party Management. The organization focuses on the enterprise wide needs both technology and operations across Citi, managing today's needs and activities as well as focusing on the future needs of the business and changing offerings in the areas of new technologies, methods of operation and enhanced vendor relationship management.

In addition, the role supports: Citi Holdings which manages a portfolio of products and functions in transition; and the Productivity organization which consults across Citi and manages a variety of initiatives in support of change and transformation to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

The Global HR Advisor for EO&T manages a team of HR Advisors and coordinates the work of HRPS Generalists and HR Specialists in support of business.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead/manage a team of senior HR advisors providing full range of HR services across Citi's global locations. These services include:

o Recruitment processes across multiple EO&T sites. Focus on attracting high quality talent and relevant skills to EO&T. In addition, review and oversight of new graduate hiring
o Workforce planning and organization design (including a focus on location strategy) for a multiple year plan.
o Compensation planning as well as process management and analytics. Compensation management will include a focus on management of the C-level hierarchy and promotion process across global locations.
o Talent and leadership development with a strong focus on strengthening diversity and succession depth for senior roles
o Coordinating with Employee Relations on supporting a positive and productive work culture and environment.
o Maintaining a solid understanding of the business financials and key metrics/ drivers to review and align HR strategies and activities to support the business (e.g. managing the mix of openings in direct and non-direct staff)
Manage key relationships (internal/external) in support of business in complex matrix organization.
Strengthen the talent pipeline and succession bench for key leadership roles
Drive performance calibration to ensure a meritocracy across EO&T
Build manager capability to strengthen the organizational effectiveness and productivity
Foster manager and employee self-service.
Support and foster a positive, inclusive and engaged employee work environment with high levels of employee engagement.
Partner with HR Specialist functions to deliver HR services across employee life cycle.
Leverage analytics to drive HR and business decisions.
Leadership of /visible support to HR initiatives of systems and process improvements (GPO, Workday) reengineering processes, to improve efficiency and delivery to Citi businesses and employees.

Qualifications

Fifteen years progressive HR Advisor/Senior HR Generalist experience.
Demonstrated HR leadership with consultative expertise to senior business leaders.
Experience in managing/leading team of HR professionals in multiple locations and geographies.
Demonstrated consultative and highly developed influence skill capabilities.
Degree in Business or Human Resources Management.
