Effectively oversees Program Management Office in delivering programs on time and on budget, including resource allocation. Develops financial and operational objectives. May havedepartment budget responsibilities. Ensures operational plans arealigned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategydevelopment. Has performance managementresponsibilities. Responsible for staff performance and salary and bonusadministration.- Develops and maintains performance metrics to makes informedrecommendations for strategic decision making.- Keeps abreast of new developments in project managementmethodologies, agile practices, best practices, and industry standards.- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in mattersof significance.- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
