He/she will be responsible for maximizing sales results by providing leadership to the field sales channel with the goal of helping them achieve productivity targets. This role will collaborate with Regional, Divisional and Corporate teams to implement strategies, identify best practices and recommend improvements to systems and processes. Core Responsibilities:Partner with Sales leaders, Marketing and Product to drive adoption and execution of key initiatives, processes, reports, functionality, and system tasks to support the sales process and drive field sales productivityClose partnership with Division leadership to drive alignment on HQ areas of focus around sales tool roadmap and delivery aligned with the sales process, selling motions and best practices.Lead and manage HQ driven programs to garner field sales feedback (e.g. Sales Advisory Board) and other best practice sharing programs (e.g. High Performer Sales Call).Drive continuous innovation in sales enablement programs and tools to enhance overall excellence across the sales and service field teams.Ensure sales support initiatives cover market, competition, company, products and services, sales processes, sales methodology, manager & rep coaching, sales tools and skills training.Works closely with Sales Directors/Managers in the field to effectively lead, coach and develop sales team productivity as it relates to client prospecting, renewals, and customer account management.Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives.Gather feedback from sales leadership/teams on a regular basis to constantly improve sales support programs.Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.Oversees daily activity reports and reporting trends and makes recommendations as needed on changes to reports, tactics, and current strategy.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.Ability to travel (typically twice a month) to field sales offices; ability to successfully collaborate with multiple remote teams to achieve sales productivity results.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
