Description

Major Responsibilities

-

Processes and posts all prior days credit card transactions to individual customer accounts.
-

Processes and logs all credit card orders on a daily basis; releases approved orders.
-

Communicates order status to customers and Sales associates.
-

Makes appropriate changes to customer maintenance in ISCI.
-

Maintains and ensures accuracy of all customer credit card information.
-

Identifies and processes credits (returns) and additional credit card changes for NL invoices/advertising.

Understands and demonstrates Essendants' Core Values.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills/Knowledge Required

Ability to review and reconcile transactions/accounts.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Solid analytical skills with the ability to research and gather pertinent data.

Intermediate level organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage work activities.

Strong attention to detail.

MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Access); FOCUS skills preferred.

Ability to readily understand and use credit card software.
