Primary Responsibilities

Provide Key Account Representative support within the Region
-

Provide incoming/outgoing call support and order entry for Region and assigned Territory

Grow and develop medium profile, medium volume accounts via outbound calls

Maintain a positive customer relationship to assure continued business

Provide cross-selling/referencing to customers in order to generate sales
-

Communicate with various departments to resolve customer requests and/or problems
-

Acquire information about the industry to ensure our knowledge in the market place

Support Manager through prospecting existing accounts
