Description:

GLOBALFOUNDRIES is seeking a Principal Compensation Analyst to join the Global Rewards Team. Global Rewards (compensation and benefits) interacts with HR teams worldwide. This is a dynamic role that will collaborate with global HR and management colleagues to support compensation solutions to support our growing business. This role will interact with other regional compensation professionals to ensure standardized processes, programs, and pay policies. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES



Consult with and provide counsel and oversight to HR Business Partners and managers on a variety of compensation related matters including but not limited to, philosophy, base pay decisions, FLSA classification, promotions, retention awards, job leveling, and incentive plans.

As

sist Compensation Director with the design, implementation and maintenance of a variety of compensation programs including:

o

Global pay policies and practices

o

Job evaluations and descriptions

o

Salary structures

o

Short and Long-term incentive plans

o

Annual merit process

o

Participation in appropriate market competitive surveys

o

Monitoring of adherence to compensation guidelines and policies



Assists in the preparation of compensation-related communications and training material



Conduct analysis in support of various ongoing compensation related initiatives

Qualification:

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BS/BA in Human Resources, finance, business or related field Minimum of 5 years in compensation and/or Total Rewards role Expert level use of Excel and solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., PowerPoint and Word). Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make meaningful recommendations. Ability to operate independently. Ability to prioritize and manage expectations of leaders and HR colleagues. Demonstrated ability to work well within a global matrixed team or environment. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS International compensation or total rewards experience. Experience with PeopleSoft Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). CCP
