KPMG is currently seeking a Director in Customer & Operations for our Management Consulting practice.
Sell and work across a matrix organization of capability and industry
Develop, execute, craft and lead the delivery of Sales Transformation solutions with a scope of services that includes diagnostics/business cases, channel strategy and alignment, sales strategy, sales model and Go-to-Market design, sales through service process optimization, sales force skill building and development, sales performance measurement & rewards, sales enablement, sales culture and sales data and analytics
Help organizations better understand current and target market purchasing patterns by building a multi-channel and digital and Go-to-Market model, executing more consistently throughout the customer lifecycle execute and perform better and more consistently in the field
Lead highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle by leveraging our approaches in Sales Effectiveness and Transformation across B2B, B2B2C and B2C models across Financial Services, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Technology, Media, Telecommunication and Industrial Manufacturing industries
Participate in continual development and publication of thought leadership and service offerings across customer advisory businesses that has marketing, sales transformation, CX and customer analytics capabilities
Assist with proposal business development and sales activities and help in recruiting, training and nurturing top talent
A minimum of nine years of relevant top tier management consulting experience (including Big Four experience) related to sales transformation, sales force effectiveness, sales effectiveness, sales operations, revenue generation, across diverse industries
Bachelor's degree in a related field from a leading accredited college/university; MBA is preferred
Experience with Customer Buying Patterns, Channel Strategy/Alignment, Sales Model Design Strategy, Sales Force Talent/Skill Building, Sales Performance Management/Incentives, Sales Tools Enablement, Building High Performing Sales Cultures and Sales Analytics/Insights
Demonstrated ability to analyze and diagnose the strategy, people, process and technology root causes for client sales performance issues
Experience with large transformations that involve front office technology, specifically Microsoft CRM, Salesforce.com, Anaplan and Callidus Cloud ? although no requirement to hold personal certifications on platforms
Travel may be up to 80-100%
