KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Product Analyst Digital Collaboration to join our Global Collaboration & Knowledge organization.


  • Support the Enterprise Social Collaboration program; regularly meet and work with team members located in different time zones to generate awareness, review work in progress and drive home delivery with an emphasis on working early in India Standard Time
  • Provide first line support for KPMG member firm collaboration teams including subject matter proficiency on program governance, product adoption and overall responsibility for program support resources, including management, maintenance and ability to present
  • Work with IT and the global product lead to support product upgrades, manage technical defects and promote the platform
  • Act as the point of contact for online and verbal communication related to announcements, outages or initiatives
  • Support global product lead with project activities for upcoming product launch including supporting early adopter member firms, acceptance testing (UAT), document and requirement approvals and review
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years experience in a Platform Product role with specific knowledge of product and operations management
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of technologies in the marketplace; Strong Knowledge of Yammer or related enterprise social products, SharePoint, Office 365 and web technologies
  • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Ability to convert business requirements into actions, and communicate those requirements clearly to a wider team
  • Ability to travel possibly up to 10 percent
