These groups also support the Firm's overall business, talent and diversity & inclusion objectives. This VP level role will serve as Advisor for our company-sponsored groups globally, and provide direct support to North America based groups. The Firm has 23 groups with members across North America, Europe and Asia.Key Responsibilities*Serve as the Advisor to the Firm's employee networks globally; provide direct support for North America Networks; advise and guide ideation and execution with the goal of driving a successful employee engagement network strategy.*Develop and manage a platform that enables an employee led Network model including governance, and tools and processes that support effective events planning, marketing, communications, budgeting, and related approvals.*Develop subject matter expertise on Network best practices and lead continuous efforts to innovate and increase employee engagement in the Networks.*Lead and coordinate key Firm-wide employee engagement programming including our annual heritage months and Diversity Champion Series. *Ensure that the efforts of the Networks align with the Firm's overall D&I objectives.*Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders and partners in support of the Networks.. Requirements*Exposure and involvement with HR, D&I or related people/talent functions.*Highly organized and process driven. Strong events planning and project management skills. Ability to operate effectively and deliver in a high volume, fast paced environment.*Strong consultative, communication and relationship building skills.*Ability to collaborate with, advise and influence others.*Strongly prefer knowledge of and experience with the Firm's conferences/events and sourcing/procurement functions.*Bachelor's degree.*8+ years of relevant business experience.
