We are seeking a strategic talent acquisition leader to design and implement innovative and flexible global strategies that will drive the overall talent acquisition process. Joining our passionate and energized team and reporting to the Director, Global Talent Management and Diversity & Inclusion, the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition will work collaboratively across the business and functions providing thought leadership and expertise to establish the philosophy, framework and operating cadence for talent acquisition globally. Responsibilities Develop and drive comprehensive talent acquisition strategies across the business and the regions. Partner with our Diversity and Inclusion leader to design and implement recruiting strategies that ensure diverse talent is sourced for all open positions. Work with human resources colleagues and senior line leadership to implement a reliable and scalable process to assess current and talent pipeline requirements and to create workforce capacity staffing plans that support the business strategy. Educate and influence FMC leaders and HR business partners on the talent acquisition philosophy and strategy. Proactively clarify roles, responsibilities and expectations as consumers of the talent acquisition process and practices. Partner with Corporate Communications to articulate our employer value proposition (EVP) and develop our employer brand. Create an extraordinary candidate and new hire experience. Partner closely within HR toensure a seamless process from recruitment to on-boarding in all regions. Oversee recruitment for critical roles and senior positions, managing search firm relationships and strategy to optimize candidate generation and quality searches. Analyze recruiting, diversity, retention and other human resources metrics. Use these metricsto affect continuous improvement in the end-to-end hiring process. Evaluate and improve job postings, interview protocols and other internal talent recruitmentand placement processes. Create and implement effective social media recruiting/sourcing strategies. Partner with HR Operations to pragmatically leverage technology. For the U.S., ensure submission of required government reporting. Maintain current knowledge of legal and compliance requirements and legislation. Oversee talent acquisition operations in North America. Functional Competencies: HR Subject Matter Expertise: Is knowledgeable in multiple HR practice areas (Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Diversity, University Relations, RPO, Technology, etc.). Ableto leverage knowledge and experience to propose innovative and integrated solutions. Analytics & Insights: Leverages data from multiple sources to analyze and understand key business trends and patterns; uses analytics and insights to drive key changes or interventions. Business Solution Design & Integration: Designs, and implements integrated, whole system strategies and solutions to meet business needs, driving cultural, large-scale transformation; leverages technology as appropriate to drive scalability and efficiency. Program & Project Management: Strategically manage and oversee the delivery of business-aligned projects to achieve desired organizational and functional objectives; ensure field ready implementation. Business Partnership, Advising & Consulting : Develop strong consulting and partnering relationship with HR colleagues and senior leaders by building trust, proposing integrated solutions and conveying a firm understanding of business drivers and needs. Required Education Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree strongly preferred. Qualifications 10 years of progressively challenging experience in HR and talent acquisition roles. Full lifecycle recruitment management experience including sourcing, interviewing and candidate management. Experience in use of technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Knowledgeable on emerging technologies. Experience in a global role operating across cultures and time zones. Proven success in leading through influence.Salary Range: NAMinimum Qualification11 - 15 years
