Job Description DoITT provides for the sustained, efficient and effective delivery of IT services, infrastructure and telecommunications to enhance service delivery to New York City's residents, businesses, employees and visitors. As the City's technology leader, DoITT is responsible for maintaining the foundational IT infrastructure and systems that touch every aspect of City life from public safety to human services, from education to economic development crossing the full spectrum of governmental operations.

The successful candidate will serve as an Equal Employment Opportunity & Diversity Coordinator in the Office of Diversity & EEO.
Responsibilities will include:
Support the activities of the Office of Diversity & EEO under the direction of the Chief Diversity and Inclusion/EEO Officer;
Ensure internal compliance with the Citywide EEO Policy and promoting DoITT\"s diversity and inclusion goals internally and externally;
Conduct workplace investigations related to employment-based discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, including identifying, coordinating and interviewing relevant parties, identify and perform in-depth analysis of issues; preparing investigative reports, maintain case files, updating the complaint and training databases;
Handle reasonable accommodation requests;
Promote diversity and inclusion goals and priorities in compliance with all policies and procedures;
Assist in preparing compliance reports for internal and external authorities;
Conduct presentations on various EEO & Diversity topics;
Assist with the design and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives with a focus on recruitment and retention.
Assist individuals who are seeking assistance in an informative and professional manner;
Handle EEO & Diversity projects and initiatives as assigned. Minimum Qual Requirements Qualification Requirements
1. High school graduation or equivalent and three years of experience in community work or community centered activities in an area related to duties described above; or
2. Education and/or experience which is equivalent to \"1\" above. Preferred Skills The preferred candidate should have the following:
A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of EEO, investigative or related work experience conducting interviews, investigations, research and preparing investigative reports;
Excellent oral and written communication skills, public speaking and conducting presentations,
Excellent analytical abilities;
Ability to interact with all levels of management regarding confidential matters;
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Power-Point;
Excellent statistical and quantitative analysis skills;
