Snap Kitchen makes real food into delicious meals, from scratch, every day. Your job as one of our business Key Leaders will be to support a quick-service Front of House (FOH) model. The Key Lead supports the store team by creating a stellar guest experience, providing in-depth product knowledge and supporting all store operations.

  • Provide remarkable customer service experiences across all touch points
  • Support a sales environment; promoting digital rewards program, educating customers, merchandising and helping achieve team sales goals.
  • Supporting a culture that is obsessed with delivering stellar service by creating meaningful connections with guests and the broader community.
  • Welcoming new Snap Kitchen customers to our store with a Store Tour and App Tour. Asking open-ended questions and finding out what our customer's needs are.
  • Support store operations; manage inventory via our inventory management system, order fulfillment, shelve maintenance, store hygiene, record temperatures, cash handling and opening/closing store.
  • Stay on top of our marketing and sales initiatives via email and our internal messaging system (slack).
  • Provide customer feedback, menu innovation and quality control updates via our internal messaging system (slack).
  • Supervising Team Members when the General Manager is off duty.
  • Passionate about real food, health and nutrition!
  • 3+ years' in a fast casual/QSR environment (1+ yrs in a Key Lead/Supervisor role preferred)
  • Passionate about solving customer problems and providing stellar customer service
  • Comfortable working within a sales environment, asking open-ended questions and providing product knowledge.
  • Multi-Tasking extraordinaire with the ability to coordinate competing priorities while maintaining required standards of service in a busy retail environment
  • Stellar communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Initiative taker and big picture thinker, with goals to become a General Manager and business leader
  • High-energy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong work ethic
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Ability to lift and unpack inventory that weighs 50lbs
  • Comfortable working in a chilled environment during shelf maintenance

  • Shifts: 6am-2pm or 1.30pm-9.30pm (schedules may change, flexibility is a must)
